Returns & Exchanges
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on press-on nails once they have been opened or used. This ensures that all products remain safe and suitable for every customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (as confirmed by tracking) at chiccoatservice@gmail.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue, and our team will assist you as quickly as possible.
